“A short fun and easy train ride to wonderful onsen and sunset view”

The staff at the reception and breakfast room was warm and friendly. Even though they do not understand English well but they would use google translate to communicate or simply try to understand your gesture. That was much appreciated. It was a bit disappointing that a solo traveller cannot order their kaiseki dinner. I could only order the BBQ set for dinner. The best part was that the balcony where BBQ dinner was served have the best sunset views. Even though the set was not cheap but it was a huge serving with thick pieces of meat. More than enough for one person. Love the breakfast which you get to try some local specialities like seabream sashimi. The onsen left the skin silky soft. The room was spacious with good facilities and most importantly fantastic views of the ocean. Appreciate the transfer service to the train station in the morning. There was 2 timing at 9,30 am or 10.30 am.

“Quiet stay with meals”

View from the room was seaview and nice. Able to see stars on a clear night. Dinner and breakfast was varied and sumptuous.

Hotel overlooks the ocean with wonderful sunset views and you can see fish jumping in the sea. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. They have beautiful Yukata to choose from for women and children in the reception. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and filling. They also provided a train station drop off which was very nice.

Lovely stay by the coastline. The hotel room is clear and they had a lovely outdoor onsen overlooking the sea. The dinner and breakfast sets were great too.

Stuff was friendly and really great! Hotel and onsen amazing! My room with see view - magnificent! I had also dinner and breakfast and I just can recommend it- was super! If I’ll have a chance I’ll definitely come back!!!

The staff were very kind and welcoming, though communication was a little difficult at times since only a small amount of English was spoken. Despite that, everyone did their best to help, and their warm hospitality really showed. The Beef Kaiseki Dinner and breakfast were both excellent — beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell that care goes into the preparation of each dish. The baths were also wonderful — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of traveling. Overall, it was a lovely traditional Japanese experience.

The ocean view was spectacular and the room was beautifully designed, the staff were fantastic . We had included breakfast and dinner and r the meals were delicious. There is an option to book the room only which I would recommend if you are not a big eater

“Incredible views from everywhere at the hotel”

The view was incredible from the room, the onsen, and the restaurant. Dinner was delicious and the staff were friendly. The courtesy pick up and drop off service from the nearby train station was really efficient and helpful. This is a beautiful part of Wakayama, very close to Wakayama City, that is well worth visiting if you want to be close to the ocean.

Loved the staff who were very kind and warm. The onsen was also beautiful as well - I loved that we could enjoy the veranda outside with the ocean view and the seats were very comfortable. It was nice that we were able to have cooling teas upon arrival and the restaurant meal was delicious. The hotel is within reach to a famous shrine and a lovely seaside wharf walk. We were able to watch some of the local community practice for the エビ祭り which was also very unique and fun to see. I enjoyed that it didn't feel overly crowded and the train ride here was also thoroughly enjoyable. A perfect weekend treat!

Best ocean view hotel ever! Enjoy the ocean view onsen and cozy Japanese room. The staffs were super nice and helpful. Dinner was great. If you’re looking for relaxing and self concentrating, this is the place. It is a bit away from Okayama city (the hotel bus will pick you up when you arrive at the train station). Restaurants around will be closed at night so I would recommend having dinner at the hotel.
