“Just for short stay”
Staff in the reception was good, it is typical motel on the way, wifi was good.I did not have breakfast so no idea.

“Well taken care of, except being placed on the 2nd floor when there's no elevator nor porter's help”
No worries about bed bugs were the greatest peace a motel could offer. Beds were huge, high quality, and the entire unit was so clean we walked barefooted in the room. Lighting fixtures were well-thought, as only the vanity area was bright, the rest were dimmer, and easier in the evening. No bugs rushing into our room when we open our door, was really great, or there'll be screams throughout our stay. Can't hear our neighbors at all, really appreciate the insulation against noise. Granite countertop made me feel like I'm in a 4 star hotel. Very clean bathroom and towels. Will be our go-to accomodation each time we visit Waco.

Somehow the Daily rate is slightly high in comparison to other hotels with similar city location and hotel’s value especially they don’t offer breakfast or shuttle service.
