The room was so noisy from a struggling airconditioner, the shower needs maintenance and the hallways had a terrible smell.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Easy to find and lots of amenities nearby. I've stayed here twice and will stay anytime I'm in Waco. They serve an excellent breakfast with something for everyone. Unfortunately did not get to the pool or fitness areas but they looked very nice.

The family room was set up well to accommodate all six of us. It was nice that it had an indoor pool. The breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom had broken handel's that were rusted out. The shower tub was either stained or dirty was hard to tell. The bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust.
