On arrival at the hotel we were advised that the restaurant was closed. For dinner they could arrange a pizza or sandwich or go into town. Not what I was expecting from a supposedly 5* hotel. We were shown to our room - a suite. Not the cheapest at all. The shower door was not working properly, the shower interior was scratched and the shower was dirty. So we decided to use the spa. All facilities other than the swimming pool were closed. The pool area was flooded. There were two hotel employees mopping up the floor. The beds were dirty and at this stage we decided we'd had enough. The hotel was unwilling to refund us, so we turned to Booking.com, who have secured a return on 1/3rd (approx) of the. only we spent (wasted). I do not often complain, but to call this hotel 5* is a misnomer. I am upset with the hotel, and its description. And with Booking.com for failing to return the funds in full. DO NOT STAY HERE.

A beautiful and pleasant hotel. There’s an amazing view, a fun, warm, and large pool, billiards, a bar, and it’s great to sit in the lobby. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is fantastic.

“Comfortable high end residence and a beautiful location”
great location on the route of some of the local hikes; excellent walk into and out of the village - a good workout in fact. comfy bed; the staff were helpful freindly and chatty; Irene welcomed us with some delicious vin santo from Samos. Very tasty breakfast with lots of variety; amazing views of the hills and woodland; good coffee

“Oustanding base from which to explore mountain region of Arcadia .”
wonderful location, excellent staff, always with a smile. Asked for some extra wood, was delivered immediately . stunning scenery and probably the best place to stay around for miles. Perfect place for both couples and families . Spent hours on our balcony enjoying the view.

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view to the wood was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, everything was handmade and of very high quality. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

“Cozy hotel ideal also for families with young kids!”
The hotel is family owned which gives a very pleasant and caring atmosphere; Eirini, the owner, is on top of everything and very caring with the guests! The premises are also very nice with the kids area, the horses and the farm making it ideal for families with young kids! The rooms and the common areas are nicely decorated. Rooms are warm enough, with fireplaces and magnificent view over the village!

Excellent service from the staff, the place is amazing, picturesque, with a stunning view, the children were happy with the playground, an excellent location near the bars, restaurants, lots of activities in the area and the best breakfast we had in Greece

“You should really try this hotel !”
Beautiful, cosy and modern boutique hotel. Big rooms with all the comfort needed. Great breakfast, with home made and fresh products, you should really try the pancakes! The hotel is a 400 m walk from the town center of Vytinea, which has a pleasent local Greek atmosphere and some very good restaurants!
