“Great views and location, but best only for a short ski-focused stay”

Great location with a truly stunning view, waking up to the scenery was definitely the highlight of the stay. The building is new and well-maintained, and it’s conveniently located close to a traditional restaurant, which made meals very easy and enjoyable

Very luxurious interior for a mountain cabin, comfortable beds, ample amenities. The staff were helpful and the restaurand was nice too.

The only good thing was the location — after the hike, we didn’t have to go down the mountain in the dark.

Comfy beds. Beautiful decor. Great location. Yummy food. Fast communication. Great facilities (loved the little reading lamps and charger cables at every bed). Neat and clean bathrooms with soap and towels.

The lads running the place work very hard and look after guests very well. Great location for hikes.

Amazing place, but a very strange one for a dorm. At first you enter a luxury double room, that is really outstanding, before noticing that there are 6 more beds on the mezzanine! The mezzanine is VERY low but I was just there to get a good ight sleep!

“Lack of coordination”

Location - above the valley, you can watch clouds below you. Kitchen - very tasty food.

This house is located in the mountains, accessible only by funicular or by foot along a mountain trail. The address is incorrect, Google led me the wrong path, and I ended up in the forest at night, and when I got to the hotel, it was closed. No one let me in and the money was not refuned!!!! Don't go there!!! Don't repeat my mistake!!!! You will not be able to find this place and the money will not be refunded to you!!!

The hospitality of the people who run the hut was absolutely marvelous. Quiet place where I could rest and enjoy two days in peace. Definitely will come back.

Everything good beside the accident with the other guests which set up the clock alarm for 11 pm for some reason and half hour later there were still sleeping and alarm still going.

Awesome scenery surrounded by the mountains, that's what makes it worth in the end, but services are overall not worth the price.

“Just the best view of Tatry you can wake up to”

What an amazing place to stay at and more importantly wake up to such a view! Our group arrived after attending an obstacle run so we were pretty tired and had to hike up to the chalet (since we missed the last lift). It was still such an amazing adventure. We managed to get soup for dinner and wake up the next day to this most amazing view of Tatry! From the chalet you can do a quick 20 minute hike to the top of the mountain or take the lift down to explore the rest of Strbske pleso!
