I arrived at the location to find no way to access the property. It was late at night as per my arranged arrival time. I couldn't contact the company directly as had booked through booking.com and when they tried to contact them on my behalf mk hotels did nothing to help me but cancelled the booking leaving me with nowhere to stay for the night.

“Modern apartment in a great seaside location”

The accommodation was easy to find, and the key handover went very smoothly. Each apartment has its own parking space, which I really appreciated. The interior is modern, and the kitchen is very well equipped — you’ll find everything you need. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and if your terrace faces the sea, you’ll have a lovely view. Since the property is located right by the coast, it’s very convenient for swimming.

Was clean and looks recently refurbished, 2 air-conditioners in the apartment, nice size terrasse.

Our experience was truly disappointing. Upon our arrival, we were met with a disturbing sight: the room door was already open. As soon as we stepped inside, the situation became even more shocking. The kitchen was littered with garbage, and in the bedroom, we found underwear that certainly didn’t belong to us. In a state of distress, we immediately tried to contact the number provided by Booking, but every attempt to speak with an operator was in vain. The situation was further worsened by the fact that the sheets and towels, which were supposed to ensure a peaceful night, had clearly been used before. Fortunately, we had brought our own linens, a small consolation amidst such discomfort. We quickly wrote to the host to report the incident. Although they responded with an apology, it was the only reply we received. Our second message was met with silence, and any further attempts to communicate were ignored. I wouldn’t wish such an unpleasant experience on anyone.
