“Great and modern stay at Zepterme appartment. Great location and great spa center.”
We stayed in Zepterme appartment. Zepterme building looks brand new and everything looks modern. Studio was spacious enough for 2 persons and comfortable. Location is also great - in the centre. Spa center looks luxurious and has jacuzzi, steam room, bio sauna, Finish sauna, tapidarium and room with water beds. Hotel was not fully booked and I was the only one in the spa center - it was awesome. Zepterme’s spa center is connected with Zepter Hotel spa center. Zepter hotel spa center looks a bit old, but it has a swimming pool. You can use both spa centers, but it is limited for 3 hours per day which is enough.

“The Zepterme was "perfecter"—a flawless blend of elegance and luxury”
Everything was perfect. The staff was beyond friendly, the apartment was beyond our expectations, very big, comfortable, with a big terrace and view on the main promenade of the Vrnjacka Spa. The breakfast was excellent with various food meeting all of the dietary needs of all 5 of us.

I was satisfied with cleanlines and staff in the wellnes and spa. Pool is very good The area around the hotel was under construction, and the main entrance was practically inaccessible. When I asked the reception staff where I could safely pass, they responded in an uninterested manner and told me I could walk through the construction zone at my own risk. This felt unprofessional and unsafe, and it negatively affected my overall experience at the hotel.

Nije u pitanju hotel, vec Zepterme apartmani pored hotela, tako da nije jasno zasto je označeno da se radi o hotelu. Apartman je bio odličan, na samom šetalištu.

“Excellent stay and yes, I would go back.”
The staff were super accommodating and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We arrived slightly early, ahead of our large group of 18 people on 15 motorcycles and they had everything organised and ready for us. Location was great, right on the Boulevard and not too noisy either. The rooms were very clean, pleasant with balcony and super spacious and comfortable.
