This is our second time visiting the hotel. The most delicious breakfast is here. Clean place with warm pools. Thanks to the reception staff for keeping our documents that we would have forgotten. Thank you very much! Vrnjačka Banya is a peaceful and pleasant town.

I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable place to unwind for a few days. The spa facilities are truly impressive, with multiple pools, a spacious relaxation zone, and water slides that add a fun touch. All pools had pleasantly warm water, making them enjoyable for both adults and kids. The hotel itself is large, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes, and the complimentary parking was very convenient. Families will also appreciate the dedicated children’s area. Overall, the stay fully met my expectations, and I would happily return.

“Kids will love the waterpark!”
We stayed for two nights to be able to enjoy the waterpark with our kid. The size of the room was decent, and they put an extra folding bed. The small welcome gift for the kid was appreciated! The location is not central, you need to walk to the promenade, but it was not an issue. We spent most of the time in the water area. It was not crowded on the first week of September already.

“Great quality and a wonderful stay”
Our stay was wonderful! The room was great, comfortable, and well-equipped. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. The spa was a highlight - especially the night swimming, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although there were some repairs on two of the pools when we arrived on Friday, the staff managed to complete them by Saturday, and everything was perfect for the night swim.

“Not worth the money”

Mostly everything OK. good staff, rooms, pools, excellent location. The water in the pools is cloudy, It looks like, but I guess it's not dirty. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the additional dinner is poor, perhaps due to the smaller number of guests.
