Away from everything, great location for activity or relax holiday. All house animals. Also host Ante has personality and it reflects to whole place. If I visit Croatia again this accomodation will be on my list.

“Relax and nature in family hotel”

A place to relax in the silence of nature. A simple hotel, with a small, clean room. The lawn slopes down to the lake, where you can sunbathe or go kayaking. Friendly dogs, cats, chickens, and donkeys are present. The food is simple but very good. The owners are hospitable and discreet. Highly recommended.

The host is very friendly and offers drinks and food, even for the next day. A lot of cats and a super friendly dog to pet! The bathroom is clean. I think the view is great, unfortunately we arrived late in the evening when it was dark and it was raining the next morning so we didn't get to enjoy it.

The home cooked meals were delicious local dishes, all cooked with local ingredients. The room was lovely, and the balcony is a nice bonus. The staff (Ante and Tina) were exceptional, very hospitable, welcoming, and made excellent company. The location was fantastic. A little sleepy town, with not much happening - it was the perfect destination for a relaxed holiday. There was plenty to do in the area, and the lake is just a short 5 minute walk away and was great for swimming.

Ante was very hospitable, such a lovely man. Happy to help and have a chat. The food, rakija and vino all homemade... all great! The location is fantastic, comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend.

Sort of surreal experience, it's like being in a middle of nowhere, yet it's incredibly beautiful. Room was shockingly clean (I mean all possible crevices were cleaned), beds were comfortable, honestly can't remember the last time I slept so well. Views are stunning both ways, one side there's this huge blue lake, and on the other side there's enormous mountains. There was a curly dog that accompanied our walks. Loads of kittens in the yard, few donkeys. We didn't try the dinner/breakfast but the smells that were coming from outside were amazing, so reckon they're pretty good. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful countryside accommodation. It is located in a remote area of croatia. We felt like the only tourists in town. Beautiful lake views from the property. The hosts were wonderful and very acomdating. They cooked us a delicious traditional homemade Croatian meal for dinner and served us a delicious breakfast. The property is full of super cute animals, including donkeys, which I absolutely loved!

Our stay was all around perfect. In the surrounding area there are many sweet animals and pure nature. Also to the lake is right outside the door. Tina, the owner, is extremely friendly and cooks delicious food. Overall this place is perfect to relax.

Beautiful setting by the lake, surrounded by a goat/sheep farm, with vegetable patches all the way to the lake. Owner’s English was very limited but he was very helpful and recommended a place to have dinner in Vrlika

This is the best apartment i have ever stayed in all my life experiences of traveling, where should i start from?the host was extremely helpful,professional, he knows how to deal with guests, friendly, attentive and he helped us a lot during our stay. He provided almost everything just to feel at home. I ate meat and free wine, though i don’t drink 😃. My children and i really felt at home. Have i mentioned the woman who cook at the restaurant?oh ! she was so kind with us ,her cooking skills deserve a standing ovation 👍😁and she was always there to help us out with any little thing. I already have a place to stay anytime am in Vlika no need to search for another apartment apart from this property. I would also like to appreciate all the guests who we met there and the host friends that came during our stay “ you guys are the real VIP.

We had an awesome welcome from Tina and Ante, who on arrival gave us some homemade wine and then sat and had dinner with us. The lake was lovely, and we really enjoyed seeing their animals (donkeys, goats, ducks, cats, and dogs). It's well worth the trip off the beaten track . We had such a lovely time that it was the only place on our road trip we stayed for two nights. Breakfast was lovely.

The property is really good. We stayed in a room with a balcony and a lake view and the view was really amazing. It is very close to go to the lake and staff of the property is very friendly and helpful. They offer really amazing, homemade/fresh food in their restaurant. Since a lot of swimming places in croatia have stones and you need to have special shoes this lake was amazing because it is not stony and really comfortable to take a swim. It is very peaceful and good place for relaxing and meditation. Rooms are very clean and freshly done. The owner of the house offers a lot of different activities free of charge. This place is really amazing who wants to have peaceful vocation with a nice view and comafortable stay. The only disadvantage is that village by itself is located quite far from civilization and there are not so many places to visit around. To the closest market and village city is about 12 km but it takes to drive about 20 minutes.

We are really happy that we stayed in Budisa. Do not expect too much from the room as it is basic but otherwise it was just amazing. The owner and his employee are so kind and friendly. We drank homemade red wine after we arrived and had a great breakfast in the morning. It feels like you are staying at a farm as they have dogs, cats, goats, donkeys and a huge vegetable garden. We are sad that we just stayed one night. I would recommend to stay at least two nights. Pixie, the white dog, is so cute and we hope that we can have another walk with her and her friends soon! Thank you for letting people from all around the world into your house and garden!! Hospitality at the highest level! Hvala!
