“The zoo is great, but prepare for cigarette smell everywhere”
The hotel is quite decent - the rooms are comfortable and clean. The zoo is impressive and the animals look well cared for.

Everything was good, for small kids is perfect, they have spa, zoo, you can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant for very good and normal prices ... For 2-3nights is perfect I recommend it 👍

Almost nothing from the description is correct. Pool-ice water, spa not working, description has nothing to do with the offer. In the room there are remnants on the cupboard, there are no basic hygiene items.

“Fine for a night and a short change of scenary at the zoo”
- Breakfast was very nice (french toast with eggs was a nice and pleasant surprise) - The staff was really great, extremely nice people (big thank you to the lady that took care of our breakfast) - The location itself (once you get there) - The zoo has a lot of specimens (more than we expected)

Great place to rest! Great people, and very nice zoo! We will be here again next time for sure. It was clean, good breakfast, pleasant also for kids and for adults.

Nice bungalow for a family of 4, spacious. Obviously new,still in construction, but clean. Nice towels and sheets. In the whole complex you can see a lot of effort. Nice staff in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good menu, big portions, good price., Beautiful SPA and Zoo.

“Great location”
It is a very nice hotel, located 5 km from the highway. We were accommodated in a bungalow, the room size is big enough for 2 adults with 2 children. Very nice zoo, many species of exotic birds and animals, so children have something to do and don't get bored. It is really an experience to wake up in the middle of the night to the roar of a predator :). The restaurant serves food until late, which is very ok especially when you are traveling with children and they are always hungry.
