The location. It is close to the lake, and it is a 30 minute drive to Prague. There is a store within walking distance.

Conviently located near a train stop to Prague, although you have to walk 10 minutes or go by car (better to Skochovice - in Vraný not many places to park). Nice setting near the river-lake, with a nice view on hills and trains passing. In summer it must be quite charming. The staff is trying to be helpful.

“Guest House Kaskada”
Great hotel in a lovely location,very friendly and helpful staff,great pizza and other food, nicely priced beer which we had plenty,we got the train into Prague very easily a short walk up the village to the station,four friends on motorbikes and we could park inside the hotel gate(small charge) which is a bonus. Thanks

Pizza in the restaurant! Morning refreshing "bath" - only 100 m from the Vltava (lots of sharp small stones on the river bed, better use swimming shoes). Free parking on site.
