Modern top floor self-contained apartment. Spacious wraparound balcony with excellent city views. Located in a quiet area just off pedestrianised Ermou. Plenty natural light, and a mellow modern internal lighting system. 20 minutes walk to the bus station and the old part of town. 8 minutes walk to the waterfront. Easy access and fast and efficient communication with host. Good choice for a visit to Volos.

Room is very nice with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and there's a great work desk for digital nomads and people on workation. The location is also extremely convenient. It's walking distance from the main ferry port, and even the main bus station if you mind mind walking a bit further (about 20 mins). And there's a pretty decent view of mount Pelion too to enjoy while drinking some beers on the balcony.

the location is top - the place is how it is on the pictures. Loved the big balcony + very cozy. Ilias also gave recommendations of restaurants and cocktail bars which were very delicious.

“I highly recommend it!”
Location, cleanliness, owner, kitchen utilities. Not big but was fine for few days with a toddler. I should also mention the Christmas decorations. Very nice touch and was really cool to have a Christmas tree.

“A perfect apartment for a city break”
Immaculately clean, stylish and perfectly located. Right in the centre but quiet thanks to soundproofing. Lovely shower, great kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Huge terrace.

“If we come again in Volos this apartment will be our choice.”
Beautiful, clean and equipped apartment with everything you need. A bottle of water, coffee, tea was waiting for us. A huge terrace with a wonderful view. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, and the host was extremely kind. We found the keys easily. When we arrived there was no light and the elevator was not working. The host immediately called the authorities and informed us that everything would be fixed up by tomorrow, and so it was. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the whole apartment has an extremely positive energy and for every recommendation,

“Quality penthouse in perfect position with super host”
This lovely, clean modern apartment with a wonderful huge terrace is in the perfect position, virtually on the main pedestrian street. It is tastefully furnished & decorated & everything you could need is provided. Ilias is the perfect host - lots of information, good directions with photos & is quick to reply to emails. We were missing a jug & he had a new one to us in less than half an hour. It is convenient for walking from all transport - ferry 8 min, bus 15 min & train 10 min. Wifi works well, comfy bed & pillows & very good value. We absolutely loved our stay & highly recommend Illias’s apartment.

“Lovely stay in Volos”
This rooftop studio apartment had a fabulous location just off the main pedestrian street. It was cozy whilst still being bright, exceptionally clean. The owner gave fantastic instructions for how to find the place including pictures of what to look out for and also gave lots of recommendations for our time in the city.
