Spacious and nicely decorated studio with a wonderful view of the church and the sea. It is well soundproofed, and the air conditioning is perfectly placed and works quietly. Great location right above a lovely, authentic taverna.

A nice apartment in a good location close to sea front. Excellent shower room with abundant hot water We had no trouble finding free on-street parking very close by. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

Everything is great - location , facilities, the bathroom & jacuzzi. Wonderful sea view and a lot of restaurants nearby. The host is very nice and helpful.

The apartment is close to the city centre and has a view to the sea. It was clean and comfortable, everything were as expected.

The apartment is brand new and the View of the Port and the Church are exceptional. The location is very good, 2 minutes of the city center and the port restaurants.

“A short but excellent overnight experience of Volos”

We had only one night in Volos having arrived on the ferry that afternoon from Skopelos and our flight to the UK was the next morning. But based on the quality of this apartment and its location, we will definitely want to spend more time in Volos on our next trip. The host's communication with us was excellent in guiding us on our arrival at the port through to finding the keys and settling into the apartment and even helping us plan our one dinner that night. The apartment looks out onto the square where the church is and then onto the sea; there are many restaurants close by- you can walk along the promenade that runs towards the port and find many options. The one immediately below the apartment where we ate, was some of the best food we had eaten in Greece and reasonabley priced. The apartment itself is well equipped and was very quiet. Volos had just suffered from that huge flooding, but so much had already been taken care by their community to get things in order. It was a very good experience and we will be back to explore more of Volos.

Property was outstanding ! Beautiful and modern, gorgeous room, amazing bathroom, large balcony, overlooking harbour. Perfect location. Plenty of places to eat nearby and ten mins walk to the Port. The owner was so helpful and even booked a taxi for us as we didn’t know how to do it. Highly recommend!
