“NICE STAY 😃”
The apartment was comfortable , clean and full equipped with all that we needed for our stay. The hostess Mrs Natasa was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is near the centre and the restaurants/cafe . There is a big supermarket exactly opposite. Even it is in the centre we could sleep without noise from the road . If we visit Volos again we will choose to stay at Anna's Flat for sure . Thank you for your hospitality!!!

“Hospitality at its finest”
We visited Anna’s Flat with a group of friends for a short one day stay and we could not be happier. The apartment was squeaky clean and full of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the location in a walking distance from the centre. However, the most important thing was the hospitality. Our host was always available for questions and also made sure to find and hold on to one of our cellphones we forgot in the room until we came back 2 days later to pick it up. Thank you so much

“Holiday at the sea? Choice of beautiful beaches? Bay or open sea? Hiking in the mountain? Comfort!”
The goal of our stay was to take advantage of the warm seawater of the bay, with only small waves and beautiful beaches. We chose the city centre (as opposed to the little beach villages or the island of Skyatos), as we drove each day to a different beach, still taking advantage of the choice of great restaurants and bars downtown. It is centrally located, near the best bars, restaurants, and promenades, still out of the heavy traffic. Being on a large street, parking is always available next to the building or at most 5 minutes away! The apartment is spacy, with a comfortable living room, a proper dining room, and a choice to sit out on the large terrace. The sleeping rooms are large, with plenty of storage space. Everything you usually need was provided; detergents, quality shower gels, and a choice of good-quality extra towels. We kindly asked for a microwave oven (not initially included), so we had one upon arrival. Two tv sets, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room, with Youtube and Netflix included! All pots, pans and tools needed in the kitchen were there! Pleasant interior decoration, adds to the comfort and beauty of the property. The apartment was cleaned to detail. The property is obviously carefully cleaned on regular basis; The wooden floor was shining even under the bed!

Very good location, convenient if you have a ferry to catch in the morning. A Massoutis supermarket is just 50m away, a pharmacy is across the street.
