Hotel facilities were very good.loads of staff around lobby especially in the lobby bar staff were very attentive.however we were given room number 1216 which was on lower ground floor ,I had no issue with the room however corridor does not look 5 star standard,wallpaper seems coming off ,even my 8 years old commented on that .i did requested if room can be changed into upper floor as I am claustrophobic plus heavily pregnant as the corridor looks dark narrow but receptionist said there was nothing available.apart from that everything was ok .kids club was superb .my daughter had loads of fun there and she definitely wants to return back in summer to use the slide and water park .

“Fabulous experience one of the best hotels in north Cyprus”
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The grounds and setting were amazing. Despite there being a lot of small children there the rooms were so quiet. The selection of food was fabulous, all fresh and fully stocked. I would highly recommend.

Everything was amazing and wonderful, a large, clean hotel, large green spaces, and varied and delicious food. I booked a family suite and they gave me a villa with an exit to the pool.

All is very nice and organized. Food and service is excellent. Rooms are huge compared to other hotels. This was our 4th time and we love the playground.We will come again soon 😊

We chose this hotel for its beach and a territory, as we traveled with an 18-month old son and needed a safe place for walking. Cleanness was also important. We were not disappointed in any of these parameters. The selection and quality of food were very good - especially meet. Staff very friendly and helpful everywhere. SPA area small for such a big hotel and with basic facilities only (hamam, steam room, sauna, swimming pool), but clean and good quality - we did enjoy it. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Kids club - amazing safe place to let a toddler have good time.
