The apartment was amazing, very comfortable and a beautiful view. It had all we needed. Niko and his family are great people. It was all very uncomplicated. The location was perfect. You can find everything you want in walking distance. I absolutely recommend.

This was one of the best locations I have ever stayed. Everything was perfect: a fabulous view over the sea from the balcony and from the living room through a window wall that faces the sea. The apartment is very spacious, modern furnished and equipped with more staff than you may need (games, music discs, books, etc). The kitchen was again fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, cutleries, pots and pans, cups, glasses etc. Finally, I really appreciated both Niko's and Mentor's help and willingness to our requests during our stay.

There are numerous restaurants for every taste. Groceries are nearby. The wide coastal zone to have a walk. The kitchen with everything you need to cook. Cherry on the cake - a panoramic window overlooking the sea.

Perfect apartment in amazing location - couldn’t have been better. Very clean and modern place and with everything you needed. In a great location by the beach and promenade and near many great places to eat, cafes and shops. Views from the apartment are simply breathtaking. You can have your afternoon nap or relax and view the sunset lying in the hammock which is available in the balcony. Hosts were superb. They gave us clear instructions for getting to the apartment and extremely helpful in giving advise for the places to go and visit. Underground free of charge parking proved to be a huge advantage, as the promenade in the evening gets extremely busy and finding parking space near the promenade is almost impossible. It was by far our best accommodation in Albania . We highly recommend this gem. Thanks again!

“Indeed one's home by the sea”

The frontal sea view from the living room and the terrace is gorgeous and breathtaking. Children loved the beach and the promenade which are literally just in front of the apartment and the convenience of being next to the apartment was priceless. Apartment is stylish and fully equipped with everything you need and many food and drinks option are in walking distance. Hosts are very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. We had an excellent experience and exceeded by far all our expectations. We highly recommend this amazing apartment and will definitely come back next year for a longer stay. Thanks Niko and Mentor
