“Great location and a very comfortable bed!”
Location was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities (fridge/kettle/mucrowave) are good and it was clean. Lots of hot water for showering. Good to be aware that there are 3 apartments in the section, close together and sharing a small hallway. We had the middle one..No. 2...a good size. The smallest one may not be so inviting....I don't know if it has a window?? You may want to check before booking.

The air conditioner only worked in the bathroom ro warm up the towel and it was extremely cold at night and the blankets were not warm enough. Also the window is misleading, since it opens to the building interior. I had to wait almost 2h in the cold in teh street after anwering my call. It happens I know, but still, do not think is very professional, since they know I was arriving in the afternoon.

“Convenient and quiet apartment”
Excellent location, easy walk from the train station, close to a tram stop for the bus station. Right near the old town, many parks, shopping, cafes, and supermarkets. Easy check in, clean, quiet. Lift up to the apartment.

“Two nights in Vitoria Gasteiz.”
Property was very clean and spacious in the centre of all the action and at the edge of the”old town”. Staff were outstandingly helpful, especially with regards to dropping our luggage early. Great access to train station, restaurants, bars etc.
