I was travelling with my motorbike in the months of July and August! - All the prices in Italy are high at this time,. For 1 night it was fine. Nothing to lament about.

“Perfect location, nice house with garden, friendly owner, 1Km from the Pope’s Spa”
It’s a very nice property with a beautiful garden and a well designed house, spacious and comfortable room with balcony. The owner is very nice person, friendly and welcoming. It’s just 1 Km away from the Pope’s Spa which was the purpose of my visit and it’s nice and more safe to sleep after the spa than having to drive back to Rome. Overall perfect!

Everything was perfect - the lication, the beautiful setting, the newly modern furniture, the service - everything was wonderful! Mr. Luigi, the owner, was most kind and I hope this BnB will expand in the future. 🙂

“It deserved the money!”
A bit remote location but the whole experience was worth it. Very very helping owners. We had eggs just produced from the family hens
