“Perfect for a Sistiana beach holiday”
The property was perfect for our needs, the host is extremely nice and answered our questions promptly. All the instructions are very clear and the facilities were super clean and everything was in order. Grocery shop only a couple of minutes away and the location is perfect for a holiday centred around spending time on the nearby Sistiana beach. Highly recommended and we look forward to visiting again !

“A perfect stay to experience real Italian charm!”
We had wonderful time staying at this lovely apartment. The location is good - short drive to Miramare castle and several beautiful beaches. The apartment itself modern, fresh and good maintained. Finding an apartment was easy, and having on-site parking made everything stress-free, the good grocery is nearby in 3 minutes drive. Host is friendly and welcoming! Overall ideal place for family vacation!

The apartment was modern and well-equipped, A/C was good (the outside temperature was 37 degrees, and it was nice cool in the apartment) The beds were comfortable. Sistiana beach is 5-7 minutes away by car. The beach is among the best ones in the Trieste bay.

“Clean and spacious but isolated in an urban area.”
Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and comfortable with all cooking facilities needed. Would have been useful to have more details on the local area for transport in the beginning. Lesson learned! This is in a suburban housing area, not touristy, very quiet. Limited for shops and restaurants if walking. Beach is a good 30 mins walk away and uphill climb on way back through a lovely nature reserve. Beach is pebbles so take shoes. Water was clear and warm. Pay for sun bed and umbrellas at the little cafes private beach area but expect to pay 25 Euro for the day. or sit on public space. Cafes on beach are limited with food options after 2pm. In main parking area, bus stop, near the little harbour, there is more choice.

Location is perfect. Close drive to the beach. We loved the wooden structure in the apartment, it's really nice. Lovely to have the terrace also. Kitchen is well equipped, nice dishes. We enjoyed our stay!
