The location by car is very convenient. The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, the view from tha balcony is amazing, the breakfast is delicious. The host is great! Hghly recommended place.

Perfect place to relax! The accommodation is in an ideal location to unwind, especially after a long trip, as you can book a private spa for two hours to fully recharge. The room and bathroom are very comfortable, and the balcony is just perfect — offering a wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The owner is very kind and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

“Superb option to escape reality for a bit”
Absolutely superb, bright, spacious and modern room, comfy bed, huge balcony with stunning views of the Baia di Sistiana, absolutely quiet area, excellent and personally prepared breakfast, very nice host and staff. Great for a retreat. I will be back!

“Beautiful place to unwind.”
The owner, despite having his first baby the day after we arrived, went out of his way to help us with packing our bikes! Breakfast was a delight and the area is peaceful with beautiful views. Loved the spa on the terrace. Sistiana and the nearby town of Monfalcone have everything you could want. Direct local bus from Sistiana to the airport as well as trains to Trieste.
