The house was really well equipped and spacious, in particular the kitchen, it had all the amenities you’d need! The balcony was lovely with nice views of the fields. Nikola was a great host, with good communication and was helpful in showing us around. Would definitely stay here again!

“Exquisite property”

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment in a picturesque little village about 15 minutes walk from Virpazar. The views from the apartment and terraces were amazing. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you could possibly need. Nikola is a delightful host and came to meet us soon after we arrived. He made us feel very welcome and we felt completely at home. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in numerous apartments over the years but Pavle's Oasis has been BY FAR the best. If I could give it 11 out of 10 I would. Thank you, Nikola, for sharing your oasis with us. And for those of you reading this review, book it quickly. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

“Fantastic choice for staying in Virpuzar”

This property really is an oasis and has everything you need and more. The host is very helpful and we can strongly recommend his cousin’s lake trip. We didn’t have a car and it is a 15 minute walk to the centre.

This place is an absolute gem if you like your own space and want to be close to Lake Skadar. We stayed with our 8 year old and 6 year old and found the apartment really spacious and comfortable. Great air conditioning for the heatwave and we loved being able to easily walk into the little village of Virzapar in ten minutes. The host gave us a fantastic recommendation for river swimming - a quiet spot with beautiful clear water. We also went out on the boat across Lake Skadar which was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend.

“Perfect”

Everything - it was perfect. Big comfortable space, exceptionally clean and a fantastic and helpful host who helped us with a number of things including a discounted taxi to the airport. About a 15 mins walk into town on a minor road - this didn't bother us but some people might feel a little exposed once it's dark but we always felt safe. The location is just stunning! A gorgeous little part of the world :)

Best equipped apartment of our holiday, plenty of kitchen gear and different shady areas to sit. I imagine it was once a lovely family home. Nikola is a good communicator and arranged a boat trip for birdwatching in advance, which meant we got a prime early morning slot.

“Perfect place to stay near Lake Skadar”

Fantastic, quiet location just outside Virpazar. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

“Fairytale”

Easy 15 minutes walk from town - was alone and felt safe walking home at night. Beautiful views and outdoor area (loved eating the berries hanging on the porch). Very spacious and the bathroom was a dream. Host was very friendly and surprised me with some Rakija + arranged a taxi for me. WiFi worked well for streaming Netflix.

Really comfortable and spacious, peaceful location with lovely view. Super helpful host, recommend.
