“Disappointing and an expensive room”
Hotel was busy as the first day of spring break, the indoor pool had adults drinking alcohol in the hot tub, a teenager with a loud base music system. There were used wet towels everywhere, so no where to sit. With small children it felt like a hostile, a deeply unpleasant place to be. Breakfast was difficult due to the staff thinking my 12 year old was an adult and something about vouchers. the coffee was very nice. The hot breakfast was greasy and did not taste good. The cold breakfast was fine acceptable. We paid in excess of $300 for a room and I felt annoyed being charged another $10 to park. The hotel room felt dirty although it was not obvious. It was not worth the money.

“Nice hotel, and verity of pools.”
Location was nice but had to drive to to place’s for entertainment so you had to pay ridiculous prices for parking. Pools were nice, but they didn’t keep them as clean as they should have been. Chairs and walkways were dirty of candy or slimy stuff like napkins and food maybe.

The area and the available conveniences for everyone. Parking, pools for both adults and children, restaurants, check in process, and the quietness all contributed to an excellent weekend. This is my 5th time staying at this Holiday Inn.

I think for the price that you pay to say that there should be an included breakfast just like they're always used to be at places places have done away with that and it's kind of a highlight on a vacation especially for families with children

The front desk person named Diamond was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and service excellent. My children enjoyed the splash lagoon, loved Tink the turtle. Maria was very friendly and kind!
