“Clean and cosy”
Clean, good parking area, nice location and neighborhood. Breakfast was very satisfying. There is a starbucks next to the hotel.

Shower handle was broken, closet door was broken, air conditioning in bathroom didn't work, couldn't close the curtains and the street light was shining in the room so it made it difficult to sleep because of the light. There were bugs in the room. I want a refund and I have pictures of the issues and made hotel staff aware of each problem. I was told to contact Booking.com for a refund seen I booked the room with you.

“I would not stay here again.”
There were massive stains on the floor in both the bedroom and the main living room area, there were no sheets available in the room for the pullout couch so we had to go get some, and the mattress on the couch had dirt and crumbs all over it. There were multiple bugs crawling around in the bathroom, the room smelled like marijuana, and the beds creaked so loudly when you rolled over that it woke everyone up.

“Everything was great. great location. would recommend the stay.”
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Someone from the front desk came up to provide assistance with the tv. We preferred no daily cleaning. Housekeeper still inquired if we need more clean towels, etc.
