“My family will not ever stay at this hotel ever again. Unacceptable that management didnt return cal”
The only thing satisfying was check out time and the food at the restaurant downstairs. The bathtub was very dirty and had hair in the drain that I had to dig out with a plastic knife. The hairdryer caught fire while using. The air didn’t work well. I called the hotel but I have not got a return call from management as of today.
