“Great spot to kick back and relax for a few days”
Location right on the sea was great for a cooling swim. 10 to 15 min. walk to restaurants and bars. Garden and pool area was beautiful with plenty of both shaded and sunny spots. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. The owner, Franco, was great, very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

“We had an amazing stay!”
Loved our apartment where you find everything you need and the garden is stunning, we loved to stay at the sea just behind the doors, but we spent our evening at the pool watching stars. Franco is the best landlord ever. He answered all our questions, was very friendly, kind and always around. We could stay one day longer, thankfully. 🙏🏼 Thank you, Franco. ♥️

“Nice stay in vir”
The owner Franco is very friendly and helpful. He explained us about the island of Vir, and how his father helped building tourism around there. The garden with pool is simply amazing! The apartment was simple but very clean and comfortable.

“Amazing little villa”
Superb place and great owner, highly recommended! Private pool, clean and warm, is just a dream, and the sea is just 2 steps out of the back door. Especially great for families as you don’t have to cross any roads, and when your little one is asleep you can take a dip in the pool right in front of the terrace. There is a/c, well-equipped kitchen, anything one might need. And the host is the most friendly and nice person. Be prepared that if you don’t have a car the grocery shopping options around will be limited, however with a car you can easily access a couple of big stores. Location is quiet and serene, we were there in August and the beaches were not overcrowded which was a pleasant surprise.

“Amazing stay at hidden gem of Vir island”
Family holiday with 2 small kids - the location, pool, sea behind the fence - its amazing. Apartment was well equiped, spacious and had everything we needed. But the yard - the garden, it’s a true oasis - that is absolutely a hidden gem. A tree made shadow is worth every penny during the hot days and makes it very pleasant to stay outside in the noon. You have private parking at the property, there are 3 apartments in total and master house for owner, which gives you a lot of privacy. Franco is very nice and friendly person, always helpful and curious about your comfort anytime he meets you in his palm garden. Also has a lot of tourist experience and can advice you to enjoy your time.

“Best accomodation for families on Vir, private, cozy, clean and comfy.”
This is probably one of the best options for apartment accommodation on Vir - it is a house built by a family for a family, offering only a limited number of apartments, kids and dogs friendly, with a beautiful garden (lots of trees and shadow), spacey swimming pool and the sea just outside the back gate. Franco is a great host, pleasant and easy-going.
