Breakfast, hot tub, vibe

The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodation was luxurious but had a very natural feel in the forest. The scenery was fantastic. A very relaxing experience.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday, and it truly felt magical from start to finish. The accommodation is absolutely fabulous — very unique, thoughtfully designed, and full of character. You can really feel how much soul and care has been put into this place. Even though it rained throughout our entire stay, it somehow made the experience even more special and cosy. The hot tub and sauna were perfect, and the breakfast was just wonderful. A special thank you to Karmen and Andrea for making everything so personal and memorable for us — it really meant a lot. As someone who is also a host myself, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Theodosius Forest Village. The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and everything was made very easy for us with clear instructions shared in advance, making arrival and access completely smooth. The setting is truly special—peaceful, tranquil, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Despite feeling secluded, it was still easy to reach nearby restaurants and the town. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of herbs and vegetables—healthy but full of flavor. The hot tub was a real highlight, very relaxing after a day out. The views from the room were absolutely exceptional, overlooking the valley and vineyards—something we’ll definitely remember. Overall, a wonderful and calming experience that we would happily recommend.

“Gorgeus place”

I loved our stay at Vipava. It is a special place and we plan to return! The staff was very nice and made our stay even lovelier! The breakfast was amazing!

Clean room with floor heating, peaceful surrounding, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and the star of the accommodation - hot bath! If your room doesn't have sauna, don't worry, there is a join one few meters away... Fantastic expirience! Will definitely come back!

This magical place is the perfect escape from reality. We stayed in the most beautiful mirrored cabin — it completely blew us away! You feel like you’re in the middle of nature, surrounded by peace and quiet, but with a hot tub and a glass of wine in your hand. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more special. The surroundings are breathtaking and still seem undiscovered, which makes the experience even more unique. We felt refreshed and are already dreaming of coming back.

Everything was amazing - what a beautiful place! . Beautiful setting, cabins were clean and beautifully presented and the staff were kind and helpful. We were travelling around to different places in Slovenia, but this was the cherry on top. What a bonus to have our very own hot tub. Wished we could have stayed longer, but I guess I'll just have to take another holiday there!

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Water in jacuzzi was warm and the views were breathtaking. So much attention was put in every detail. It is quiet and great for relaxing in nature. We loved breakfast service. Additionally, staff was very friendly, they offered us some great advice on how to spend our days in Vipava valley. Overall, this was an amazing trip and we owe great thanks to the team.
