The remote hillside location, comfortable, clean, peaceful, and friendly proprietor. Catering facilities, and good alfresco breakfast in the morning with ham omelettes.

Beautiful scenery, quiet, AC. Pretty basic room, good amount of basic kitchen appliances and utilities. Friendly staff but very limited English vocabulary.

The property is in a beautiful location of Slovenian countryside. The owners were really friendly too. They also did a very tasty breakfast at an extra price. We also bought some bottles of wine after having tasted the samples from their distillery. The nearby village was very lovely and quiet to walk around in.

Friendly hosts, soft beds and perfectly dark room for a good nights rest!

The wifi is very fast. The heating is very good.

Clean and quiet farm stay with magnificent views over the Vipava valley. The family running the farm were so welcoming and friendly, we had some great wine and a delicious breakfast with them. Highly recommend, great value.

Very comfortable, well equipped, good value, beautiful location, quiet ... really perfect. (There was well an electrical dysfunction in the kitchen, but they brought me a portable stove)

It is a very nice place on the hills above the town with everything a guest needs, and, most importantly, the hosts are very kind. They spent an hour trying to release my car, stuck on a very sharp and steep turn. It was unsuccessful but finally they called assistance and everything turned out right.

What a fabulous stroke of luck! We happened to stay there on their first day of harvest, and everyone was quite festive. We watched as they processed the grapes for making wine while one of the workers played accordion and everyone was singing. A real celebration. Because the farm is small, we were able to wander in and out of the wine making facility taking pictures. The hostess made us a fabulous dinner of soup, salad - the best salad we got in all of Slovenia with freshly harvested tomatoes, cucumbers and onions- followed by wiener schnitzel. And of course, we had the house wine served in 1/2 liter pitchers. This was a magical stay.

Nice location, nice host. Room is sufficient and the airco is perfect for warmer days.
