Great villa, fully-equipped. Properly working and effective A/C. Amazing view on the sea and town Vinjerac Clean swimming pool, barbecue place with separate kitchen, jacuzzi, sauna, darts game. newly refurbished rooms, 4 working bicycles Parking lot suitable for 2 cars (3 small ones) Super kind and helpful owner! He tried and did help us in case anything was needed. I highly recommend this place for a stay in villa Familia with family !

I would give 11 as rating, but it is not possible;) the house is incredibly, you have everything what you need for a perfect holiday: great swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, barbercue place... Villa is very well equipped, you can find whatever you need. Villa is placed in quite location with amazing view to paklenica and velebit bay. You have your peace and quiet. Neighbours are very helpful. It is not far away to supermarket. Marin is great host, even we haven't met in person, he organised everything perfectly and was helpful and available all the time!
