“A very fine place to be”

Staff were absolutely brilliant, and other guests were enjoyable to talk with. It's a lovely setting, good facilities (great for a hostel), and you just feel more connected and better all round having stayed there. And the value is outstanding.

I loved the location and my room. The Hostel is on the harbor near the ferries; I loved hearing the horns of the ferries as they arrived and left. It was a 10 minute walk to main street, where there are lots of wonderful breakfast and dinner options. My room, a private room on the 3rd Floor, had a window that looked out at the harbor. It was very sweet.

Location is great, right next to the airport and the bus stop. The staff if friendly and also the ambiance of the place is very warm. Feels like you are at a summer camp.

The property is clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Chris helped me find a bed so I could extend my stay by a day when they were all booked up. Luckily a cancellation happened and he got me that bed. I jammed on guitar with Ryan and enjoyed talking music with him.

Everything! 5th time I’ve been there and it won’t be the last ;) I absolutely love this place.

I stayed here for two nights to visit the island by myself and I would definitely recommend it. The people (both employees and the other customers) are nice and friendly. The hostel is ideally located at the center of the island, which allows you to go quickly to all the parts of the island. That latest point was especially important to me as I was cycling around. Additionnally, there is a bus stop right in front of the hostel with one bus every hour in both directions. I highly recommend staying here as there is definitely room to spend more than one day in Martha's Vineyard. Finally, I should say that, though breakfast is not included, there is still some stuff offered which is really appreciable, especially when you only stay for two days.

The stay was really nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I didn't expect much from the stay and thought it would be like any other hostel. However, it was even better than I expected, and I can recommend it to anyone without any doubt.

Very far out of town, filthy shower curtain, management is horrific, after I complained and asked to cancel further nights, management sent me an email saying that if I come back it will be considered trespassing and I will be arrested. Too much to write.

The people were so friendly and accommodating, we had such an amazing time. Everyone that works there went above and beyond ensuring that we had a great trip and it was in part because of them and their hospitality that we did. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Martha's Vineyard.
