A quick overnight stay which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness and location, meeting our needs perfectly when visiting family in the area. We were travelling under difficult circumstances and our host couldn't have been more lovely. A great base from which to explore Florence and enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan landscape.

We were very pleased with our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotless and we absolutely loved the decoration. We traveled with our dog, and he was just as comfortable as we were. It truly felt like home. The items provided for our dog were also very clean, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect – right in the center, yet completely quiet. We are very sensitive to noise, but here we didn’t experience any disturbance, either inside or outside. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen, and it had everything one could possibly need – all perfectly clean. Judith stopped by every day to check if everything was going well and if we needed anything. She was always very kind and welcoming. When my husband injured his knee during our holiday, they immediately helped us move to another room upon our request. This room was located at the entrance of the guesthouse next to the shared kitchen, which was just as clean and pleasant as the private one, with a large fridge where we could store our food and drinks. Even though our holiday didn’t go as planned due to my husband’s health, the accommodation truly was the best part. Had we been somewhere else, we probably would have returned home early. We are deeply grateful to Ilaria for her wonderful hospitality and for being there for us during this health issue. We definitely want to come back to this region in better health and will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

Perfect location, just at the edge of town. Entry instructions very easy to follow. Apartment very well designed and furnished. Bed very comfortable. Apartment is ideal for a couple of nights touring beautiful Tuscany. A special mention for Illaria who was the perfect host. Attentive without being intrusive. She was particularly helpful when we had to unexpectedly leave earlier than planned. Take a bow Illaria and many thanks!!!!

“Very clean, well decorated, large apartment on the edge of Vinci town.”
Breakfast was not included, but available by paying extra. Room had a full, well equipped kitchen so guests could prepare their own meals if they wished.

The location is perfect because the facility is in the village of Vinci, peaceful and beautiful place to be! the room was amazing, very clean luxurious! Parking is free and just 100 meters from the hotel!

The surroundings are idyllic, the views from the apartment are soul-warming. The service received was exquisite, very friendly and always aimed at making our stay memorable, as it has been. The apartment has everything you need and more to guarantee a perfect stay. Absolutely recommendable.

The location is perfect, the design is amazing, the place is spotlessly clean, the bed is so comfortable, the facilities are fantastic, the host is friendly and helpful, and pretty much everything was absolutely amazing! It was everything we could have wanted from a getaway weekend! We'd absolutely love to come back!

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed overnight. Very close to city attractions. A retro-type hotel with a beautiful terrace view.
