Marazul Paradise Beach House- Panoramic Ocean Views s located just 150 metres from the beach and within walking distance from the shops at Vincentia. All rooms face the ocean. Also featured is a tropical garden with a large covered BBQ area and a Balinese-style hut with lights, seating and a bar. The 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom house boasts a large patio and 2 flat-screen TVs with satellite channels and free WiFi. Marazul Paradise Beach House- Panoramic Ocean Views is 5 minutes’ walk from Collingwood Beach and 10 minutes’ drive from the popular Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park. Nowra is 30 minutes’ drive away. The property is located in a private street in Vincentia, with all rooms featuring views of the surrounding tropical garden. Ease and speed of booking were excellent. Access to the property very easy. Location also excellent. Garden also lovely.

“Never book with this Host!”
The Host is absolutely not nice. asked for bank transfer which is a clever move from her as customers will be asking for refund due to her behaviours, she knows this well in advance! We paid $900 for 1 night, yet didn't get any Shower towels. and so many rules, rules rules. Sends negative energy messages like you have to pay for towels etc just before the trip making your whole trip negative vibe. Asks you keep it cleaned, and gives you stress even leaving on time exactly and make the driveway available for cleaner! as if as soon as you pay for the property she just cares about her property, the cleaner and other things but not you. I am filing a complaint with the booking first then other authority if i don't get my money bak as we did not get any towels ... it is advertised with towels. Oh Gas finished half away to our BBQ :((((((((((( it was so disappointing.

“Nice, spacious beach house”
Spacious,nice place. The backyard was the best part with barbq and resting space. The rooms and balcony had the best view of the ocean. Really liked the cute lights and overall aesthetics of the place.

A great location with lovely view to the bay, A couple of minutes walk to beach and close to shops. The house was well equipped with what we needed for a few days stay. We didn't make a lot of use of the kitchen but had what you would need. Bed and bathroom were comfortable.
