The house was nicely refurbished, the rooms clean and tidy, the landlady and her husband outstandingly friendly and the breakfast was served in the garden and was simply out of this world (it was a beautiful day). We'll call again when in the area!

We have had a delightful 3 nights at the La Demeure d’Agapanthe. The deluxe room was so comfortable and spacious with a lovely large bed. The hosts are very welcoming and a great source of information and inspiration to explore the area. The breakfast is worth a special mention! We hope to come again!

“Best stay in Champagne”

Fantastic accommodation in Champagne. Only a few minutes outside Épernay. In a cosy small village. Maria and her husband have renovated an old house and created beautiful, welcoming rooms where every detail is thoughtfully considered. Lovely garden where breakfast (which was amazing) was served. Very friendly hosts who gave us great tips on restaurants and bike rentals. We definitely want to come back.

Excellent room and the host was very welcoming and open. Park outside the church (free). Significant details and it really feels likt a typhical french Chateau feeling living here. We hade the breakfast out in the garden. One of the best of our journey 😍 We can really recommend both the place and the host Maria.

We liked everything at this beautiful place. The rooms and the entire house was beautiful, it was clean and the hosts extremelly nice and kind. We arrived only near midnight but the hosts waited for us kindly and everything went smoothly. The breakfast is very tasty, has large variety and was prepared on our preferred time. The village is quiet and perfect as a base for champagne tasting stay.

My partner and I had an amazing time staying at La Demeure d’Agapanthe. The house is absolutely stunning, from the bedrooms to the breakfast room and the wonderful garden with a pond and vegetable patch. The breakfast is such a luxurious experience and truly something special. There is parking available which makes it the perfect stay if you’re travelling by car. Short drive in any direction to wineries or into Épernay. We really loved our stay and couldn’t recommend more!
