Overview
The rural family home has been completely restored, arranged and decorated by its owner. With 4 double bedrooms and large living spaces, "Chez Hélène" can comfortably accommodate 8 travellers. The cottage is located 12 km from Auxerre, near the vineyards of Chablis and Irancy, in the wine-growing village of Villy on the left bank of the Serein Housing The entrance to the house opens onto a large veranda. This space has been converted into a living-dining room and also allows access to the inner courtyard. In the extension, the kitchen-dining bar is perfectly equipped and opens onto a large and very comfortable living room-television. At the same level a bedroom, a bathroom with spa bath, wc. Upstairs a beautiful bedroom. The 2 other bedrooms, one of which has a shower, are located on the ground floor and are accessible via the interior courtyard. You will also enjoy a green and furnished patio with dining area, garden furniture, barbecue. The tranquility of this rural environment is sometimes disturbed only by the sounds of the countryside. Animals are accepted upon request. Cleaning is your responsibility
