Overview
This 18th-century house is located at Villeneuve-Minervois, a 20-minute drive from Carcassonne in the heart of Languedoc. It offers individually decorated guest rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access. The guest rooms at the Demeure Du Pareur also have a private bathroom, a TV and air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a daily continental breakfast, which can be served in the breakfast room, or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. You can also enjoy seafood and grilled dishes for dinner in the renovated wine cellar. Additional facilities at the Demeure include a library and a games area.

“Super welcoming host, unique beautiful accommodation”
Amazing hosts, super welcoming, treating you like a family member or a friend who you have not seen for a long time, extremely unique and beautiful accommodation, we could have stayed longer to explore every single bit. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very spacious and we even had a little balcony! Free parking was just right outside the premises. Breakfast was lovely and plenty, overall an amazing stay!

“Charming and comfortable”
Gorgeous old, grand house. Tastefully decorated and restored. The bedroom we had was huge and supremely comfortable, great bathroom too. Breakfast was generous and varied with good coffee. Hosts were charming and very helpful with our onward plans, we are currently staying in a village on the south coast they recommended.

“Adorable owners in a beautiful village hotel”
Outstanding property, beautifully decorated, all having a peaceful atmosphere just what we needed after a day of driving. The owners are adorable people, you’ll love her she’s like coming home. The dinner was also very good, nice and quiet on the terrace, enjoying honest food. All good!!

“Beautiful old house, very hospitable”
Wonderful B&B. They were very helpful. Our daughter joined us at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. Beautiful house. Very good breakfast

“Excellent”
The hostess is / was amazing, she truly touched my heart, very caring and attentive to our needs. The house is just as the pictures with an amazing charm and very Lovely features. I dressed here for my wedding and it was the perfect choice and location. I Certainly recommend. We didn’t benefit eating in the restaurant this time around.
