Nice staff, comfortable bed

The room was clean, comfortable and warm. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, close to motorway.

Lovely quiet location. Close to ring road. Safe parking. Helpful and very friendly staff. Very comfy beds and pillows. Very clean. In nice residential area, great to walk our dog. It was our second stay and I would be happy to come back.

If you don’t like rock hard pillows then take your own, as the ones supplied were awful.

We arrived so late we did not have time to really evaluate the hotel. We were held up in Paris.

The bed and pillow were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was ok. Good parking and WiFi. 24 hour reception and the staff were pleasant. Clean and seemed in good repair.

For a budget hotel, this is one of the good ones. The staff were excellent and very pro active. The hotel was close to our route through to Spain and conveniently placed. There is a secure car park at the rear, perfect for motorcycles. The hotel itself is well kept and not at all shabby, I would happily use this hotel again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also was very clean. They changed our room to our ground floor as we had a dog and my partner is on crutches.

Great place, ideal location, used as a stopover on our journey home, close to motorway. Very clean and comfortable and friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely sized room, complimentary drinks and biscuits in the room. Secure parking, close to a few restaurants and good breakfast in the morning, would definitely use again.

Asked for ground floor which was confirmed, when we arrived we were given room on 2nd floor.. very dark.. also supply of tea and coffee was enough for one person, I asked for more at reception and was given 3 small milk ! After travelling from Calais to Bordeaux all day did expect a little extra, staff not very helpful

Well located, just off the ring road. Good, secure parking. Very friendly (and tri-lingual) reception staff. Bus stop for Bordeaux centre a couple of minutes walk away. Two steak house restaurants next to the hotel, for those not wanting to go into the centre of Bordeaux.
