Booked one month in advance, with request of wheelchair facilities, accept from hotel , and replay 2 hours from the booking time ( not access for wellchair , and room be allocated on second floor) with month in advance is not acceptable at all, breakfast total empty ( Coffe , orange juice and slice of bread ) ?? Room dirty toilet not on best condition to be charged someone , anyaway bad experience

Absolutely spot on for what we needed for an overnight stay driving from the Uk to Spain. A warm , cozy , clean and welcoming room. Excellent secure car park The lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent location passing through Bordeaux to Spain. Friendliest staff ever! Lovely welcome. Spacious room for the price, good value and clean. A couple of English language TV channels were appreciated. Breakfast good. Plenty of secur parking. Walls thin, so toilet flush and door slam heard, but all residents respectful and quiet. Very happy.
