The view from the apartment was breathtaking, overlooking Villefranche and just a 5 minute drive from Eze, absolutely magical. While no breakfast is offered, it was also a quick drive down the winding French Riviera roads to the sea side village below. Cannot recommend highly enough

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and with a stunning view. We had everything we needed for a lovely week stay. Walking distance to the beautiful old Eze town, although a car is recommended for this location.

The property is in the perfect location with parking and an amazing view from the balcony. It’s modern inside and equipped with everything one might need. Very clean. Vytas, the host was very welcoming and helpful.

Very nice apartment with great view. I wish I coud say the same about the owner, man named Vytas, who is trying to take advantage of us as we speak. It all started with false claims about us having a party one night. He called and told we are having people over the day before and it is a violation of their rules. We were able to rebut that easily with bill from Hotel De Paris Monte Carlo proving we stayed there on that night instead of his place, that’s because we went to the award ceremony and gala dinner of Monte Carlo TV Festival. That was the first sign of danger and looking back it’s likely that it was his first attempt to frame us in order to make an easy buck or simply persecute us for not looking to his liking. I remember remarks and strange questions from the time we checked about my looks that led me believe that he does not like me very much. After we checked out he soon called, accusing us braking his chair. He talked me in most disrespectful and inpolite manner, called me „boy“ and „fxcking asshole“ before hanging up. There was a chair in the apartment with loose backrest, that came off by simply moving the chair around the table from one place to another. A proper piece of furniture cannot break like this, obviously it was already broken. I had no idea I had obligation to point that out to anyone, it felt like nitpicking, as would of been pointing out besheets with holes in them. After all, view was great. Now he is demanding money. Maybe he's thinking we are from far away place, easy to be intimidated. Maybe it’s because he is channelling his prejudice towards us he had about us from the start. It’s not only because of the chair, he also claims that we left apartment very dirty and he is demanding 450 euros. Now here is where it gets really strange. A bit spooky actually. When we checked in he removed a pot from kitchen, telling us that his cleaning lady left it too dirty. Couple of days later it was returned on the window of our bathroom.
