“Lives up to its name Excellent location sea views 😎😍”

This is a return trip for us - and we were not disappointed - this is a fabulous place to stay - perfect location overlooking the old town but only a short walk to cafes pubs shops train station and market on a Wednesday (try the socca😋) short trip on the train to Nice and airport or Monaco Cannes and Menton and really great prices - easy to book on Trainline app - we took a taxi from the airport as it was easier with luggage but it’s not too far (25mins)so reasonable cost .. The views from the apartment are amazing and it is really well equipped . Everything clean and comfortable .. and lovely to sit on the balcony in the mornings .. brilliant place

Amazing view from the window and a spacious balcony — perfect for relaxing. The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the place is clean and cozy. Great communication with the host, everything went smoothly. Definitely 10/10, highly recommended!

The location was superb - literally on the sea front a short walk up a hill but easily managed. It is 10 minutes walk from the train station and lovely parks harbour walks coffee shops patisseries and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays - you have to go and find the Socca (chickpea pancakes) - believe me well worth it!! The accommodation was lovely - on 3rd floor but very good lift to air conditioned and very bright modern interior. But the views - WOW it was incredible with panoramic views of the whole area - this was the stand out feature of this place - huge windows in all rooms and all with this view / so worth the money - perfect shutter system as the sunrises into the apartment.. there is a narrow balcony but it runs all the way along so lovely to sit out and watch the night lights - this is why it is good to be slightly up hill … elevated the views - the kitchen was well equipped - no milk toilet paper or welcome package so be prepared to go shopping straight away or take things with you .. no microwave if that matters to you but good electric hob and oven, fridge and dishwasher or you can wash the dishes looking at the view !! Bathroom spotless and good shower - Bedroom good size and very very comfortable with lovely linen .. plenty of wardrobe space ..Locally there were great restaurants - some shut on Tuesdays but check before you go and in busy season I should book a table ahead. a wine shop and grocery store - close early so if you are late arriving be prepared.. would definitely recommend and love to return

The location of this property is perfect for walking to/from the train station, into the old town streets and down to the sea/beach. We really enjoyed the apartment's balcony and the stunning views it provided.

The apartment has everything you need, and the view is amazing! The location is perfect, you have groceries, coffee, restaurants and the beach is 10 minutes by foot.

The view from the apartment was jaw-droppingly fabulous and we were able to enjoy it from every room, as well as a good-sized balcony. Christine was a very helpful and approachable host and we enjoyed all the amenities her place had to offer, including being able to cook meals and do laundry so far from home. There was helpful information about the area and it was in the perfect position to explore the town but also to take the train to Nice and Monaco for day trips.

Everything! The best accommodation, apartment I have stayed in and I been to many. First class bedding, space, kitchen and equipment, spacious shower room, the decor, all the little touches, the blinds and the exceptional view all around the balcony.

everything. the location I think is the best. not on a noisy crouded streed, but close enough to the beach and the “center”, about 2 minutes by foot, and 10 to the beach area. the apartment has an amazing view, you can see the cruise ships, the sea and the sunrise, which gives a very great light it is true that the church bell sings every morning, but you can hear it in the whole town, for us wasn’t a problem the first kitchen I wasn’t disgusted to cook. everything was very very clean the bed is so comfortable, big enough:) we had a great communication with the host:)
