BREAKFAST: No problem, Fresh bread, croissants, banquet is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. DINNER: No problem at all, CASINO (grocery store) 5 minutes walk from the apartment. APARTMENT: Very clean, organized, lots of closets, air-condition, modern clean kitchen, clean bathroom, amazing view at terrace. Lovely garden view at entrance. Friendly owners. lots of brochures for tips restaurants & excursions. Good quality WIFI. The owners & their son, son's friend helped our luggage going in and going out. Going back next year again. RESTAURANTS: 10 to 15 min from the APPARTMENT with UBER taxi (+/- 10 euro). 1) Èze Château- the most beautiful medieval village on the French Riviera. Restaurant: La Chèvre d'Or, Ramparts', La Jardin. (La Jardin brasserie, no need reservation). 2) La Reserve Restaurant. Amazing yummy food at La Table brasserie and gorgeous garden/sea view. 3) Restaurant at La terrasse du Versailles (7 Bd Princess Grâce De Monaco, Villefranche) (5 minutes with ~UBER taxi) from the apartment. 4) Grand Hotel Du Cap Ferrat (restaurant: La Veranda) 15 min from the apartment with UBER taxi (+/- 15 euro). 5) Villa ET Jardins Ephrussi de Rotschild Saint Cap Ferrat: Brasserie w/ amazing garden/sea view (15 min from the apartment with UBER taxi (=/- 15 euro). 6) Monaco : 30 minutes from the apartment with UBER taxi (+/-30 euro) but no UBER taxi going back to apartment. Train is also possible. Even cheaper +/- 5 euro. Don't like train to go back? Normal taxi available (+/- 50euro). Ask the UBER taxi to drop at the train station Villefranche and from there buy back and fort ticket to Monaco. 7) The Apartment is 20 min from Nice +/- 1 hour to St Tropez, +/- 1 hour to St Raphael (Red rocks of the Esterel hills).

Lovely modern apartment with great views from the terrace , very well equipped everything you could need and more . Coffee, teas , all provided . The hostess was so helpful and there to meet you and gave us lots of advice and information . Area quiet and very safe as apartment behind electronic gates .

The view from the terrace is amazing! Too bad we didn't have more time. The apartment is very comfortable - a large bathroom and comfortable beds. Exceptional cleanliness. This is the only place of the trip where I slept well. Marie Claire is extremely nice and kind. The garden is so colorful and lovely. Thanks for the tulip :)

This place is amazing!!! everything looks new and perfect, the host was unbelievable gentle and polite. we will back soon again. the place looks better than a 5 stars hotel and is located in a strategic position to visit Monaco, Nice and Cap Ferrat. Supermarket was close, excellent parking place ultra safe
