Susan is a wonderful hospitable hostess, and her house is tasteful, warm, and welcoming. Great breakfast, great bed and shower, and a piece of heaven in shape of a crêperie just across the street. Perfect for our stop over on the way to Bretagne.

Lovely traditional house. Spacious room with comfortable bed and good en-suite. Very quiet. A few minutes walk to restaurants and cafes in centre of town, or a good creperie is just opposite. Sue was very welcoming and helpful. An excellent stop, especially if travelling on Portsmouth-Caen ferry.

Our host Susan very friendly lady. Bed so comfortable and breakfast was perfect. A lovely stay for one night on our way to Bayeux.visited the market before we left.

The host speaks perfect English (native speaker) and has been very kind and helpful, she made us feel welcome in her home and took really good care of us. Gave us tips of things to see and where to eat etcetera. The rooms were pretty and cosy and overlook the main street and have a bit of a view on the hills. Hairdryer, coffee and tea, lounge area with TV available. Breakfast was nice with fresh baked croissants, jus d'orange, coffee, fruits, yoghurt etc. When the host learned our daughter prefers Jus de Pomme, she made sure to have it there the next morning - very kind! The town centre and shops are really closeby, there is free parking on the street and several restaurants with varying types of food and prices are all around. Supermarket at walking distance. Lots of things to see but mind opening hours and holidays.

Is a traditional townhouse, kept beautiful and authentic by the owners taste in decor. We stayed on our first night in France and liked it that much we returned for our final night there before heading home. So got to stay in both rooms which were equally lovely. Beds are comfortable, views are wonderful from the large French windows and the owner, Sue, was welcoming and full of suggestions for our ‘tour’ of the area. Would definitely go back.

Sue ( an English lady) is a superb hostess. Room was large and very comfortable. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was included and very welcome...nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

Loved the host lady Susan. She informed us about life in the town, what to see, where to eat, what to do. She was so very friendly and we had lovely conversations with her. The room was a bit small but the bed was very comfortable, the view from the window was exquisite and the bathroom facilities were good! The coffee & croissants at breakfast were excellent!
