The location was fantastic. Close to everything. The host was great, kept me informed and sorted things out for us when needed.

Balcon al Mar is in a brilliant location with fantastic views. The balcony is the best bit! We enjoyed sitting out there watching the world go by and enjoying the sunshine, when it appeared!! Even when it was rainy it was great just to watch the sea and hear the waves crashing in. The place was extremely clean and well provided with well thought out essentials...washing up liquid, loo rolls etc. A starter pack of tea bags and coffee capsules was very welcome. Communication with the owner was very prompt and all queries were answered quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends but would make them aware of the steep, narrow stairs to access the flat....perhaps small suitcases would be the best option! However, to get the lovely position and fantastic view it's certainly worth the climb! We hope to go back in the future and what better recommendation can that be?!

The location is just great. What we were expecting for the kids. if the youngest is sleeping, the older ones have the opportunity to relax by the sea. they are visible from the balcony even when they are swimming in the sea and you don't need to worry. Clean odorless streets around, the splash of the sea and charming views while eating on the balcony, which is the only one of its size on the entire coast. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the Mercadona store. The nearest cafe is at the exit from the entrance. Playgrounds for children are scattered along the beach and several above along the street. Excellent sound insulation in the apartments, which is a big advantage on a busy street. The presence of air conditioning was a huge plus at the end of a sultry August. The apartment is located so that there is no smell of cigarettes; high from the street, no smell from the neighbors. Inside, it has been recently renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on the kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend it and my soul belongs to this village and to this accomodation particularly. Hope to return next year.

“Two night stay”

The apartment was spotless, clean bedding and towels. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view from our balcony was a stunning sea view. Matteo our fabulous host was there to meet us and when we locked ourselves out he was there to the rescue immediately. We will definitely be back later in the year to this lovely apartment.

-great location, corner apartment with a lot of lights. there is a window in the bedroom (not so common in the old town) - big bedroom - you can choose between aircon and ceiling fan to cool down. - big balcony with great views.
