Beautiful hotel looks out onto a lovely square and close to the beach. Breakfast was also really nice.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It's full of lovely touches that respect the building's architecture. It's in a fantastic location in a gorgeous plaza by the church with several restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the beach a short walk away. There's no hotel parking but there we found street parking (and there is also a car park a 5 minute walk away) but also as it is not far from main road, we were able to drop off our things and then park without having to drive through the maze that is the old town. The bed was super comfy, the room was big with a sofa and a lovely balcony and it was very clean. There is a lift. The room had a fridge and free bottles water and chocolates

The location was great, in the beautiful town of Villajoyosa, among the narrow streets with colourful houses. Also a short walk to the beach, with lots of restaurant options. The hotel itself was clean and modern.

Just. A lovely stay in a cute part of town and lovely staff. There are separate parts Of hotel from the main reception which is where we stayed and it was a stones throw away. All lovely. Both the little bars in the square directly outside were lovely.

The property is beautiful inside. It is made up of old houses and has a lot of the old features. The bedroom was small but comfortable, also there was no wardrobe which was strange however there were hangers for clothes. Also the air conditioning was out of this world. I have never been in a hotel where it has been so good - and we needed it with this heatwave. The breakfast the first day was in a cafe over the way which was nice enough but definitely better in the hotel although it was just continental and no choice. It was still good. The staff were lovely and friendly. I used the “Upmarket Concierge” on WhatsApp a lot and they were great. I don’t know if it is a “bot” or a real Person but they were great.

Virtual reception non existent, I'd took over an hour to get access to the room. Breakfast arrangements chaotic - on our first day it took half an hour to be served. Room much smaller than advertised in Booking .com. No information given on facilities - it took a day and a half to get the wifi code. The 'virtual reception' phone number rarely answered Penny pinching disguised as modernity, or a project very poorly executed.

Absolutely loved the AI Concierge, it was extremely helpful and informative. The room itself (Jimina Suite) was well-appointed and exceptionally clean and the hotel was very charming with lots of art, a beautiful staircase and high ceilings. The hotel is situated on a gorgeous little square with beautiful colourful houses all around and a short walk to the beach.
