“Beatifully refurbished apartment in the old town”
The apartment is in a charming old building in the most attractive part of town and has been tastefully refurbished. Furnishings are elegant, practical and comfortable (excellent bed / mattress). Storage is limited but adequate for two people - it would, however, be useful to have a shelf in the bathroom. Facilities are excellent - washing machine, dishwasher, heater (it was chilly our first two nights), as well as a few useful supplies such as water, coffee, tea, snacks. Communication with Kiki was clear and detailed. Two of the town's best restaurants (in our view) are within 100 metres or so, and the beach and promenade are around 4 minutes' walk. All in all, an excellent rental property which we are very happy to recommend. Thank you, Kiki.

Proximity to beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, train etc was excellent. Apartment was well equipped with all that you could possibly need to cook, or clean, a washing machine too. Balcony doors back and front. Living room overlooked the cobbled alley of the beautiful colourfully painted houses and the other side looked out to ravine with river running through it and you could see the sea, ahead. The bed was really comfortable a great mattress. We enjoyed our stay very much and this area has lots to offer.

“Perfect break in a stunning place with fantastic accommodation and host.”
The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, clean and all facilities you needed. Location was perfect short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and tram station. Kike our host was fantastic so helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. What a pretty town Villajoyosa is, absolutely stunning. Many thanks Kike we had an amazing stay, we will definitely be back. Really nice place to stay very comfortable with quality fixtures & fittings. Kiki is a very good & helpful host who recommended restaurants for us etc. it is only a short walk from the tram with good views from the bedroom window of the sea & the towns bridges

“Lovely modern apartment in the beautiful old town.”
We booked our stay last minute. The communication was very good and it was easy to get into the property. The apartment has been updated sympathetically and to a high standard with an old piece of art (a sailboat) that had been etched into the wall, left as a focal point. The location is fabulous - it is in one of the houses that hang over the river bed - with easy access to the beach and the old town, and also the more modern part of town for shops, restaurants etc.

This apartment is in a very old house in the historic centre . It has been sympathetically restored to a very high standard and is very tastefully decorated..The location is excellent, only 5 minutes from the tram stop and convenient for both the town and the beach. The access stairs are quite steep but not a problem for us and we are in our seventies.We would love to stay here again.
