“Almost perfect”
Great value. Comfortable with all equipment one could need. Everything neat and tidy. Spacious table, generous chairs at the pool, almost perfect.

plenty of safe , off street parking, plenty of room to park many vehicles. we booked this place because it was new, had air con, had wifi and a bath and washing machine. The property has only a percolated coffee machine not a pod machine although coffee is supplied, however because the property is so new and the photos are correct its lovely and well styled there were not many reviews so a few things are worth mentioning, the lounge area fantastic , comfortable and spacious we could log onto netflix account and youtube all ok. the tv is a curved samsung tv if you like that, an information folder only in french , the kitchen again great table , not much bench space but the table made up for it, big fridge and freezer however kitchen tidy but not spotless and cupboards over crowded with items. the washing did not work on first attempt but this was resolved the next day no instructions in any language. the bathroom sinks are black so show all soap and toothpaste residue which looks really bad but the bathrooms are super modern and great storage, however the shower in apartment one is for disabled access so water goes everywhere...the owners are obviously all ok with this as no fix provided.separate toilet so two in total and the bath in the bedroom is terrific. not enough hot water for 2 people if one has a bath and one has a shower , further to below it is not ok to access the apartment with our knowledge or consent, she had a chance to tell us but did not and we had to work it out ourselves that we had new locks to operate, we contacted book and pay they did not provide any support just said go back to the lady. The location seems close to azay le rideau however it is a seemingly long convoluted winding narrow way to the house ( 15 minutes ), the basket weaving town is quote ugly considering how pretty french villages are and the town has no shops you can reply on so bring everything with you. azay has a super u and lidl. zaay has good bakeries
