“Shittiest hotel in italy. Not only the actual smell but the entire experience.”
The breakfast wouild have been better in gaza.. The only bread was dry pretztels, The unplugged coffee machines at 10. My girlfriends ate 2 kiwis, othertwise there was nothing fresh, everything from cans. It smelled cow shit in the entire hotel.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but unfortunately it is far from that standard. Outside, there was a constant strong smell of manure, which made it unpleasant to stay with windows open. Cleanliness was a major issue – both in the common areas and in the room. We found dust and crumbs on surfaces, and the shower was leaking continuously. At night it was difficult to sleep due to noisy guests, and the hallways were dirty with food scattered around. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained, full of sand and not hygienic. Overall, the hotel did not meet the quality or cleanliness expected of a 4-star establishment.

There is no pool available until the summer months, despite it being 28 degrees & the website advertising the extensive pool complex. However based on the missing tiles & cracks in its surface, unsure if it will be available in summer. Air conditioning is not operational and our rooms windows were broken, preventing us from being allowed to open them. The room inside was very, very, hot and stuffy. The volleyball court was unusable, as it was overgrown with weeds.
