Everything since we came was perfect. Location in calm villa, great hosts, delicious and very generous breakfast and lovely area for enjoying our drinks in the evening in beautiful garden.

The bed and breakfast Perini is situated in a charming house in Friulian countryside. The hosts are amazingly polite and helpful, the room was nicely designed and with all neccessary facilities. The breakfast is amazing and the complete vibe in the house is just great! I fully recommend stay in tis B&B especially if you would like to relax. The location is great because it is close to Trieste, Udine and Venice.

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food. The garden and the surroundings were beautiful. We would definitely like to return.

Large room with terrace, very good breakfast, large and beautiful garden, very kind and helpful owners.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpfull, the accommodation is beautiful well looked after. Its on a side road still really easy to get anywhere in the region. Breakfast was excellent and really tasty with fresh products.(home made jam was the star) Train station is les than 10 minutes with car, airport is maybe 15min. Shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive from there. Parking is plenty and close to the building.

Accommodation had a large room and bathroom. Owners are very friendly and kind. Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

“Spacious, welcoming and delightful stay”

We had a wonderful short stay at B&B Casa Perini on our way to Lake Garda. The accomodation was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and unwind. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start our day on a high note. Our host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

Very nice room with terrace, friendly people providing all infomation you may need and as well an excellent extensive breakfast.

We had a very warm welcome, and were made to feel at home. The whole place was exceptionally clean, especially the room and bathroom. The breakfast looking across the garden was lovely and the hosts could not have done more for us. Our flight had been delayed the night before, meaning we couldn't collect our rental car, the host brought my husband back to the airport the next morning out of pure kindness. Beauful grounds, lovely rooms and excellent service!
