“Overall, a pleasant stay, but the hotel should better align its photos, amenities, and service details with guest expect”
The location and overall atmosphere were pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. After an initial issue with the room, they were able to move us to a better room with a balcony, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

“Beautiful room and view”
The deluxe room has an amazing view and it is very beautiful itself. The bathroom with heated floors is fantastic. We didn’t want to leave and we are looking forward to come again.

The location is everything. The views from the rooms are really worth it. Also, Dinner was great. Mainly though, the staff were all amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable! The Gym is small but has all you need for a quick workout.

Fantastic hotel in a stunning location! The breakfast was great and it's only a short drive to the town centre. Our room had incredible views of the lake, with a big sunny terrace. The spa area was a lovely addition. Restaurant was really good too.

“Views”
The biggest selling point of this hotel is its location, right on the lake, with uninterrupted views from pretty much everywhere. This made our stay worthwhile for me, as there are very few properties that offer this. For me, sitting in the room watching the sun set over the mountains was particularly magical. If this is what you're after, it's great. Additionally, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly enough. The beds were very comfy. The location is walkable to town, about twenty/thirty minutes along a path separate from the road, or a five minute cab ride.

“not recommended. scammy pictures. basic hotel for luxury prices. stay clear .”
the view is rather nice from the lobby. BUT - and there’s a huge BUT. Room pictures are from 2005. Deceptive to say the least.
