“I felt very at home and comfortable. Really lovely place and people”
I loved the location, just outside the center. Beautiful setting, lovely gardens, comfortable attractive rooms and the staff were wonderful. Very kind, helpful, friendly. The swimming pool fabulous if cold. Easy to get to town by taxi and loved being more in nature

“Trust me, it's not "boutique"”
We didn't get the deluxe suite we reserved until the next day at 3. The staff was rude and wanted us to pay more than in booking. Bugs came out of the jacuzzi, bug the staff was convinced we brought them somehow! And my favorite: they called the police on us before the check out, and they took our side, so the hotel had to compensate us. There are far better places for this much money, don't waste it here.
