Best value-for-money apartment in Estonia I have ever stayed in. High ceilings, sauna, fireplace, fridge, heater, large bed, clean, warm, quiet (maybe we were lucky with neighbours behind the walls), close to bars and restaurants, perfect for a business trip or weekend stay.

“Great location”
Great location, right in the middle of everything I wanted to see in Viljandi. The room was very warm and welcoming (especially in November). Bathroom had it all - a shower, a bath and even a sauna. Big parking spot right next to the building.

Very good location in the city center! I really enjoyed the sauna after a long day. Everything was clean. Good value for the money 👍 I already booked my next stay there, so it must be good if I am returning ;)

Very nice sauna! After a day cycling through the rain very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. There is a comfotable kitchen with washing mashine and dryer. You can have a breakfast with handmade omlette and fresh tomatoes. Very good place to discover Viljandi.
