The location of the apartment is super. It really has a very beautiful views from every room and every time of the day, the dark shaded curtains were very helpful in the morning :). It has quiet neighborhood, outside of big roads. It is very near to everything. Its only 13 minutes walkaway to the Viljandi Lake, 7 minutes walk away to Rohelise Maja Kohvik and 13 minutes walkaway to Centrum. Apartment itself is much bigger than I thought. I was staying there with my mom and sister with her 4 and 2 year olds. Kids had really fun time running around the apartment. It also has a big balcony with a view to the Viljandi Lake. It is really worth of the money for sure.

I recently stayed at this apartment, mainly for the balcony and spacious layout. Both of these were great and met my expectations. I loved sitting on the private patio with its nice view. Overall, the apartment has some good points, yet it needs a few improvements to make the stay more comfortable.
